Receiving and barcode scanning
Scan deliveries against a purchase order, record partial receipts and damaged units, and sync accepted quantities to Shopify inventory.
Weighted-average and FIFO costing
Recalculate costs from recorded stock batches and sync the result to Shopify’s Cost per item. Weighted average is included on Free; FIFO is on Pro.

Supplier records and product links
Keep supplier contacts, terms, currencies, lead times, and product costs together. Link multiple suppliers to a product and import existing records by CSV.
Supplier matching from metafields
Use a product metafield to match products to suppliers when the Vendor field holds the brand. Apply the mapping to existing products and use it for new ones.
Supplier portal
Share a secure link to sent orders. Suppliers can acknowledge an order, add shipping details, send messages, upload an invoice, and download the PO PDF.
Stocky history import
Import supported Stocky CSV reports to recover supplier records, product links, and dated purchase costs where the file contains them. Review missing fields before completing the import.
Stocktakes and supplier returns
Count stock by scanner, search, or CSV, then review adjustments before syncing. Track returns against a purchase order and update inventory as returned stock leaves.
Payables and purchasing reports
Track supplier balances, partial payments, and overdue orders. Review purchasing spend, inventory value, supplier performance, and landed costs.
Selling-price updates on Pro
Enter a new selling or compare-at price on the purchase order or receiving line. Replenio applies it when the delivery is received. Leave the fields blank to keep current prices.
Cost history and gross profit on Pro
Review dated costs and profit based on recorded cost batches. The report identifies untracked stock and missing currency conversions; refunds and cancellations are not deducted.
Xero integration by arrangement
Pro stores can contact us about Xero availability. Received purchase orders can be sent as supplier bills, with drafts available for review before posting.
