Replenio — true unit costs for every product you buy
Shopify keeps one static cost per variant, and it doesn't move when you receive a purchase order. Replenio recalculates unit cost on every receipt — FIFO or weighted — and spreads freight, duty and fees across the lines that carried them. Purchase orders, supplier records, barcode receiving and reorder points feed it. It's also the natural home for Stocky users after Stocky retires on August 31, 2026.
What native purchase orders can't do
Native Shopify gives each variant a single static Cost per item field, and Shopify's own migration guide points merchants to a third-party app for weighted-average costing and landed-cost allocation. Replenio is that app — and it does the purchasing that feeds it.

Supplier portal
Give each supplier a secure link — no login needed — to the orders you've sent them. They can acknowledge the order, mark it shipped with a carrier and tracking number, message you about a backorder or date change, upload an invoice, and download the PO PDF. Drafts, cancelled orders, and your internal files stay private.
CSV import — and Import from Stocky
Bring suppliers, costs, and reorder points in from a spreadsheet in two CSV uploads. A dedicated Import-from-Stocky mapping is live — drop in Stocky's export columns and we recognize them for you.

Stocky retires on August 31, 2026
Suppliers can't be exported from Stocky and historical purchase orders can't be imported into Shopify — so the supplier notes and the cost trail are the parts worth saving by hand. We wrote the checklist: how to keep your supplier notes and cost history. Shopify also asks merchants to stop creating purchase orders in Stocky about 14 days before the shutdown, which puts the practical cutoff in mid-August.
