Stocky retires August 31, 2026

Looking for a Stocky alternative for Shopify?

Shopify is shutting down Stocky on August 31, 2026. If Stocky handles your purchase orders, supplier records, and stock receiving today, you'll need a replacement before then. Replenio covers that same workflow — purchase orders, suppliers, barcode receiving, and cost tracking — inside the Shopify admin.

Which one fits

Picking the right Stocky replacement

The native Shopify admin now has basic purchase orders and transfers, and that may be enough if you only need a simple record of incoming stock. Prediko is a good fit if demand forecasting is your main problem and you're comfortable with its planning-first workflow. 506 EasyScan focuses on barcode operations rather than purchasing.

Replenio is built for the workflow Stocky covered day to day: creating and emailing purchase orders, keeping proper supplier records, receiving deliveries with a barcode scanner, and keeping unit costs accurate as stock arrives.

Migration

Moving from Stocky to Replenio

Plan for a short setup session rather than a one-click migration. One thing to know up front: Stocky's official migration page notes that supplier data cannot be exported, so suppliers need to be re-created wherever you move.

1. Install Replenio

Add Replenio to your store from the Shopify App Store. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can run it alongside Stocky before it shuts down.

2. Re-create your suppliers

Stocky cannot export supplier data, so suppliers need re-entering. Replenio's CSV import templates let you rebuild supplier records — names, contacts, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities — and SKU-to-supplier links in one upload instead of typing each one.

3. Re-create open POs

Your product catalog comes straight from Shopify — no import needed. Re-create any purchase orders still in transit in Replenio; the PO editor can bulk-add line items from a simple CSV (SKU, quantity, unit cost) so you don't re-type long orders.

4. Set your reorder points

Configure reorder points and low-stock rules so Replenio can suggest what to reorder and when — the part of the workflow the native admin doesn't automate.
