Print history
Every finished job lands here with the time, the template, the printer, the location, the channel and how many labels came out — and you can print any of them again without rebuilding the selection.
Reprinting is free and always will be. On the Free plan you reach back 7 days; Pro reaches the whole history and adds the journal — who printed what, filtered by person and exported to CSV.
Reprint a job
Press Reprint on the row. The job is re-rendered from scratch and the print tab opens.
It is re-rendered rather than served from whatever file is still on disk, because a stale file is a silently wrong sheet. The prices, titles and codes are the ones frozen into the job when it was created, not today's — a reprint reproduces the sheet you originally got. That is the point: a crooked sheet reprints identically, and a price change since then does not quietly rewrite history.
See what a job printed
Press See the label on a row. A section opens showing the label at true size, drawn from that job's own frozen design and its first line's frozen data — so it shows the price that was printed, not the price today.
Print more of one line
You are one label short of finishing a shelf. In the opened panel:
- Set Copies.
- Press Print more next to the line you need.
This creates a new job, so the original entry keeps its own count and the log stays truthful about how many labels came out of each run. Because these are labels that were never printed before, they count towards the Free plan's soft monthly guard in a way a plain reprint does not.
The panel shows the first 100 lines of a job. Anything past that is reached by reprinting the whole job.
Filter and export
The filter strip above the table offers location, channel, and a from/to date range. Fifty jobs are listed at a time.
Export CSV (Pro) downloads exactly what the filters are showing, up to 5,000 rows. On the Free plan the button is not shown; a hand-typed export URL answers in plain text saying the log is on Pro.
The By column — who ran the job — is part of the paid journal and only appears on Pro.
Troubleshooting
"The Free plan reprints jobs from the last 7 days"
The job is older than the free window. Upgrade to reach it, or build the selection again on Print labels.
"This job has no saved layout to reprint"
The job was never given a template and label size — usually an old or interrupted job. Build it again.
"That print job is gone"
The row was stale. Reload the screen.
I am pinned to a location and cannot reprint a job
A job carries the location it was built for, and an operator restricted to one location cannot re-run a job built for another. Ask an owner or a template admin, or have your restriction changed in Settings → Users and roles.
The reprint opened a tab but nothing printed
Same as any print: the tab is blocked by a pop-up blocker, or the print dialog's scale is wrong. See Printers → troubleshooting.
A reprint shows a different price than I expected
It shows what was printed, not what the product costs today. That is by design. To print current prices, build a fresh job on Print labels.
